KUMANO HONGU TAISYA
The Kumano Hongu Taisha, with a history spanning over 2,050 years, is a key component of the Kumano Sanzan, along with Kumano Hayatama Taisha and Kumano Nachi Taisha. All Kumano Kodo trails lead to this sacred shrine. Serving as the central sanctuary of the Kumano Sanzan, Kumano Hongu Taisha holds the prestigious title of 'Japan's First Grand Shrine with the Fundamental Kumano Sanzan Goshogawara' among the 4,700 Kumano shrines nationwide.

"Experience the essence of 'life' in the sacred land of revival. Special screening of the monumental ART film 'LIFE' at the former main hall site of Oyunohara, during the 130th anniversary of the official relocation of Kumano Hongu Taisha. Presented on the most significant night of the year, this unique event unfolded beneath the grand torii gate, leaving spectators moved to tears. Now, exclusively screened at the World Heritage Kumano Hongu Pavilion."A giant torii gate appears in the sky during the screening.
聖地でのLIFEいのち特別上映
蘇りの聖地にて、壮大なスケールで「いのち」を体感します。熊野本宮大社正遷座130周年記念の年に、一年で最も重要なお祭りの夜、大斎原の元拝殿跡地にて特別上映されたART映像作品LIFEいのちの特別上映。上映中に空に巨大な鳥居が現れる。
